Specialized Group is currently looking for a Senior Retail Manager. This is an opportunity to work for a luxury cosmetics brand with global reach.

We need Senior Retail Manager to oversee our retail workflow. There is a rewarding and well-defined career path for this position.

The Senior Retail Manager’s responsibilities cover customer service, sales management, marketing and events, staff management, and business oversight. The Senior Retail Manager will be consulting with management, to ensure our sales and business strategies are on track. The role covers resolving customer issues, determining sales goals, and identifying locations for our retail interests. Experience working with cosmetics brands is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Native level Japanese skills and business level English language skills are required.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Conversational level English.
• Leadership, training, public speaking experience needed.
• 5 years’ experience in retail management. Covering: retail operations, establishing procedures, managing shop staff, inventory management, department store negotiations, staff evaluations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and council employees in a fast-paced environment.
• General PC knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel.
