Our client needs a Senior Recruiter to join their team. You will need excellent communication and negotiation skills for this role.

You will be sourcing staff and implementing our recruitment plan for Japan. You will be managing our talent acquisition, overseeing our recruitment operations and suggesting improvements. You will be consulting with hiring managers to understand the skills and backgrounds required. You will source, screen, evaluate and select candidates that match our requirements. Inside knowledge of IT companies is an advantage.

Confident communication skills are essential for this position. You will need native Japanese and business level English.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English language skills
• 10+ years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role.
• Ability to source candidates with a creative approach
• Responsible for recruitment process including direct research and advertising
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel software
• Familiarity with on-line recruiting tools
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Able to develop successful networks with senior management, departmental teams and HR Partners
• Ability to handle volume recruiting in a fast paced environment
