Specialized Group is currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager for a global high-end cosmetics brand with a growing team in Japan. You will need a background in make-up, skincare, or consumer goods, as well as an understanding of luxury/premium retail.  The ideal candidate will strategically devise and execute a marketing strategy that engages consumers and delivers value to all stakeholders. There is a rewarding compensation and benefits package for this position.  

Brand knowledge and passion as well as strong people management skills are mandatory; cosmetics background preferred.
