A large international bank is looking for a Sr. HRBP who has 10 to 15-years-experience.
Act as business partner for Japan office as well as partner closely with APAC and Global Offices. For this reason, strong English skills are necessary. 

The position has budgeted up to 17M+

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native Japanese, fluent level of English is a must
• 10 - 15 years HR experience (at least 5 as HRBP) 
• Experience working in the banking/ financial service industry
• Experience working at APAC level
