The responsibilities you will have

• Conducting classroom training, in-store training, and field coaching
• Creating training materials that reflect the needs of the session
• Cross-functional projects with other departments to improve overall service quality 

The skills and experience you need to succeed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A flexible and adaptable spirit with a keen fashion sense
• Fluent Japanese - especially for customer service language
• Business-level English
• Ability in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
