You will be responsible for both driving growth and ensuring the account management for the firm’s existing clients. This is an additional headcount for this global firm’s Tokyo office.

Your Responsibilities

• Winning new clients and business development
• Maintaining existing client accounts and ensuring a superior client experience
• Client query resolution and escalation
• Assessing portfolio risk and advising the client accordingly
• Onboarding of new clients
• Seeking opportunities to cross sell products and services

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Proven track record in a financial sales related role
• OTC Derivatives product knowledge and collateral management
• Commercially aware and proactive in your approach
• Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as a team
• Business level Japanese and English
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
