An International Luxury Group is seeking to grow their internal Real Estate capabilities along with their expanding Japan business through the hiring of a newly created Real Estate Manager position. 

Your Responsibilities

• Work with in-house brands to understand their expansion and development needs and propose suitable solutions 
• Identify and select retail locations for brands within existing department stores, new developments, and free standing locations 
• Negotiate real estate transactions with owners, developers, and brokers, to obtain the best available sites at the lowest cost 
• Manage relationships with property owners and brokers 
• Assist the Senior Real Estate Manager in analyzing the market in order to execute both long-range and immediate strategic planning  

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

•  4 - 8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage or Investment (prior Retail experience preferred)  
• Superior communication skills
• Native Japanese and Business level English speaking / writing ability
