Specialized Group is currently looking for a Public Affairs Manager. This is an opportunity to work for a multinational pharmaceutical company. There is a rewarding set of compensation for this position.

We are looking for a Public Affairs Manager to lead media communications and develop brand exposure.

Duties will include creating and maintaining a corporate website, creating public affairs plans, delivering impactful content, managing social media for Japan, and offering leadership in our Public Affairs activities. This role works in collaboration with our international headquarters. 

You will be liaising with different business teams. Excellent communication skills are essential. You will need business-level English and native-level Japanese skills.

Required Skills

• Business-level English.
• Fluent-level Japanese.
• 5 years’ experience in event management and material creation for public relations, marketing etc.
• Healthcare sector experience.
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven results-driven manager.
• Excellent communicator.
• Knows how to motivate a team to get results.
