Our Client

Specialized Group’s client is an established, global brand with a growing team in Japan. This company is a leader in the jewelry and fine jewelry sector. You will be working in the Category Management team and working with senior management.

Your Responsibilities

• Business Reporting & Analysis: review and communicate regional trends and global competitive insights
• In-store Presentation: identify and lead re-merchandising projects collaborating with CVM team
• Assortment Planning: responsible for development of assortment strategy for product category to drive sales growth and achieve inventory turn targets
• Channel Management: partner with cross-functional regional and central counterparts, and local markets, to implement new processes and gain efficiencies across various areas of the business
• Communication: communicate effectively in both Japanese and English and build teamwork
