An international software provider is looking for the first internal TA to support the continued growth of the firm in Japan.
This role will work directly with the Country Head in designing and implementing recruitment strategy and direct sourcing for talent.
The Country Head will be providing this recruiter with agency in being creative in how they achieve their recruitment goals. As well, Country Head has been given green light by global as hiring manager, eliminating unnecessary red tape.

Native Japanese and fluent English required. Experience hiring within technology is a huge plus as well. Open to both internal recruiters as well as agency recruiters.
