Global leading company specialized in selling B to C products in health, beauty/cosmetic and home care. The Japan office has been founded more than 40y ago and is generating strong revenue yearly, offering great stability.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be part of the APAC and Japan Analytics Teams providing analysis/reports for other key department (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc..).
• As well you will assist long-term business plan by extracting and analyzing business data and help the decision-making regarding the strategy and tactic of the company
• After joining for this role, the company expect to give you the chance to be promoted as Group leader and manage a team of Jr analysts within 2/3y

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Minimum 5years full professional experience in Data Analysis
• Good experience working with SQL as well a programming languages Python or R
• Experienced with various analytic and reporting tools (Adobe, Heap .. etc)
• Great communicator comfortable to exchange daily with various departments, both locally and internationally
• Fluent in English and Japanese (MANDATORY)
