A prominent real estate investment firm is seeking to add an Investor Relations professional to their Tokyo team at the Associate level. 

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct client analysis to support fundraising / client retention / business growth
• Support the drafting and updating of fundraising materials
• Research into investor base to market to new pool of investors
• Update management and board on the feedbacks from investors and analysts
• Handle queries from investor and analysts
• Participate in strategic meetings for future fundraising

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Prior Real Estate industry experience (Research, Consulting, Advisory, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
