They are now looking for an IT Manager to join them and support their users and systems in both office and stores.

This position report to the Country Manager and will collaborate with overseas HQ.

Your Responsibilities

• On-site and remote support for users on both hardware and software
• Build and install the new work environment 
• POS deployment and support
• Deliver technical training to employees
• Manage ticket survey (satisfaction, issues, concerns)

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• MS Windows
• TCP/IP
• PC hardware and POS system
• Fluent Japanese level and business English
