Unique opportunity to join a growing B2B position in a newly created position. The company is looking for a HR Generalist profile with a HR Operations/Labor Law/ Payroll.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the HR General Manager with Recruitment, Training and HR Projects
• Manage HR Operations, and work closely with Payroll vendor on Social Insurance, Payroll, DC, Year-end tax adjustment procedures.
• Connect with labor representatives and review work rules and HR policies.
• Be responsible for HR data, headcount reports, paid holiday and employee status updates

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native Japanese & Business English
• in-depth labor management knowledge to assess and renovate the working practices and rules
• 4+ years’ experience at an operating company to handle internal HR operations a Logical thinker with rationale yet with good sense of empathy and human emotion
• Open-minded and flexible outlook to accept different opinions and feedback
• English proficiency (writing & reading- mandatory / speaking – plus)
