Global IT Firm looking for a Head of Recruitment to lead a team of ten. Great opportunity to lead a market leader in the space, as well as partner closely with Global and APAC Leadership teams

Your Responsibilities

This will include overseeing and revising recruitment planning, driving recruitment operation, managing the candidate experience as well as overseeing the development and performance management of the Recruitment Team in Japan.

As Japan lead you will be heavily involved in strategizing with global recruitment and business partners and thus native levels of English and Japanese are essential for the role.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• 8+ years of work in volume recruitment (preferably tech)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and business English
• People Management Experience
• Experience in a large multi matrix organization
