A large multinational hiring team within the technology industry is looking for an Experienced Recruitment Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to organize hiring needs and advise them from recruitment perspective.
• Develop sourcing methods, and onboard the market's best talent.
• Build relationships with global and local hiring managers and functional heads to identify needs and determine recruitment plans.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
• Build out the clients brand and work towards increasing awareness across the Japan market.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 5 years + of Managing a Recruitment Team
• Native level Japanese and business level English
• Strong knowledge of Japan's labor laws and Recruitment market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within Tech or with employer branding very desirable.
