Your Responsibilities

• Drive and grow the software engineering teams
• Manage technical projects and close coordination with the business side
• Act as a senior product manager for new ideas and build requirements
• Work on roadmaps/strategy

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in software development (more than 12 years)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a leadership position (Team lead, Architect, Head of engineering etc.)
• Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
• Experience with B2B software is a must
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment
• Experience scaling a team
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with new technologies especially AI would be an advantage.
