IT startup with fantastic investment and business forecast are now looking to bring in an HR Lead to design HR infrastructure and systems from scratch. The firm has already hired multiple recruiters allowing this role the agency to focus on setting up operational structures.
It will be a highly challenging role as there is honestly not much currently in terms of HR framework. This HR Lead will have to have the know-how and motivation to set up something completely from scratch.
