A market leader in the consumer goods industry is looking for a HR professional with a varied HR skillet to support their team.
Great opportunity for a HR Specialist to take on more responsibilities and development into a HRBP and work closely with APAC.
- Work with APAC on Recruitment and hiring process
- Support onboarding, payroll vendor management, talent management and HR Operations
- Take an active role in Performance Management, HR admin, Employee Relations and Training.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
(Experience in all of the HR areas above is not required, but a willingness to learn new skills is important)
The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
- Native Japanese + Business level English.
- Varied HR admin or HR Generalist background.
- Strong desire to learn new skills
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
