Your Responsibilities
- Manage Payroll and review payroll result - Salary, Bonus and Retirement Allowance, Income Tax and Resident Tax payment process.
- Handle the End to end recruitment process, including sourcing, employment offers and Recruitment agency management.
- Work closely with the General Manager of HR on a variety of projects.
- Manage internal talent and support staff with training and career development.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- 5 years + in Payroll/HR Operations/Labor law
- Native Japanese & Intermediate English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Motivation to grow and develop a career in HR
