An International B2B Firm Specialized Group is looking for a HR Generalist with Payroll/Labor Law background.

Great Opportunity for Payroll & HR Operations professionals to take on more diverse HR duties.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Payroll and review payroll result - Salary, Bonus and Retirement Allowance, Income Tax and Resident Tax payment process.
  • Handle the End to end recruitment process, including sourcing, employment offers and Recruitment agency management.
  • Work closely with the General Manager of HR on a variety of projects.
  • Manage internal talent and support staff with training and career development.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • 5 years + in Payroll/HR Operations/Labor law
  • Native Japanese & Intermediate English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Motivation to grow and develop a career in HR
