Specialized Group is currently looking for an HR & GA Professional to cover for maternity leave and potentially join as we expand.  As a key part of our team, you will ensure that we continue to deliver on our promises of recognizing and rewarding people by ensuring our support team workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

This role will suit a professional with excellent organization skills who wants to work with a diverse team. Specialized Group includes people from 12 nationalities; we promote and select on merit alone. You will work with consultants, IT, Accounting, and Marketing on daily operations.  Clear communication is an essential requirement for this position. Working in an international environment, you will be required to regularly communicate on e-mail and in person in English and Japanese.

Your duties will range from office support to HR operations. Attention to detail and being able to manage and prioritize tasks are key to this role.
