• Help plan the creation of educational materials for various initiatives across multiple brands/product lines.
• Coordinate with various teams to plan events, seminars and educational workshops in Japan and Asia.
• Help implement digital transformation plans for education and training.

• Education Management experience in the Beauty industry.
• Strong social and people skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Background in organizing educational events in Japan or Asia.
• Fluent English and Japanese required
