• Collaborate with and support store managers to define the brand values and deliver on key goals. Engage with them on targets and achievements.
• Develop overall growth and profitability.
• Work with events team to plan and organize effective promotional activities.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• At least 5 years luxury retail management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Fluent Japanese required. Business English
