A new job opportunity has become available to work as a Finance Supervisor.  You will have the chance to work closely to the CFO, directly supporting financial accounting and back office responsibilities. As a cross-functional communicator you will also connect with the business side.

Your Responsibilities

Daily accounting:

• Payable: Coding work for vendor/supplier payment (operating expenses)
• Receivable: Reconciliation work of sales statements
• Bank-transfer/ e-banking

Monthly closing:

• Extract financial statement and transfer into specific PL, BS (including AR and AP report)
• Posting of monthly sales
• Preparation of Cash Flow report

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• FP&A experience is a big plus
• Proactive team-player and effective communicator with the business team
• Able to drive process and system improvements to boost productivity
• High level of English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
