Digital Commerce Manager leads traffic acquisition and data analysis for the sales expansion
- Actively participating in new projects set-up (such as the opening of new online markets) supporting in designing, testing and launching all of them
-Work closely with HQ Digital team to provide local expetise, in order to ensure the expected implementation of the catalogue features
-Customize markering calendar for the Japan and plan and execute local event, promotion with related teams
-Attend project meetings, take minutes and prepare regular debriefs involving all major stakeholders and identifying and reporting any critical issues
-Analyze and report on eCommerce performance, traffic trend and campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities.
-Co-develop local digital media strategy with HQ and agency, create engagement and advocacy with consumers across all platforms: social, digital, e-commerce, etc.
-Monitor the execution of digital media weekly/monthly, work closely with HQ and external vendors, make sure to run the local campaign to meet the local requirements
The Successful Applicant
Native level Japanese, Business-Level English
Knowledge of data analytics tools and ability to read the actual context of the numbers
Ability to use Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salsify PIM is plus
Experience with Project Management tool (Jira, Confluence) is plus
