Specialized Group is currently searching for a Country Manager. This is an opportunity for senior candidates to join a US Enterprise Software company with large expansion plans in Japan. We are looking for a strong leader able to build and grow our operations in Japan as well as drive the business locally. The ideal candidate would be able to understand the challenges of enterprise customers in the area of field service management or equipment maintenance and understand / promote the value of our software solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the growth plan and deliver sales results through developing local relationships 
• Provide and maintain strategic plan that prioritizes sales opportunities in Japan 
• Contribute to the growth and management of the office / team in Tokyo 
• Lead by example and inspire the team to develop themselves and achieve great results 
• Hiring, mentoring and growing talent pool for the expansion in Japan 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Outstanding leadership skills 
• 10 years + experience in a sales management / leadership capacity 
• Ability and desire to help team members to grow and develop their skills 
• Exposure to Enterprise Software or CRM would be a great asset 
• Experience with service management, equipment maintenance and field support processes within large corporations preferred 
• Native level Japanese, and excellent communication skills in English
• Flexibility and Willingness to travel;
