A leading global skincare brand is looking for this highly confidential Marketing Director position.

Your Responsibilities

• Take leadership in the development of brand strategy, plan and related goals for all Marketing function for annual/mid/long term in Japan
• Responsibility for hitting sales targets while delivering and implementing the annual brand plans
• Lead the Japan team, developing all marketing activities and promotion plans
• Full responsibility for media/digital spending
• Ownership of channel development as well as retail/wholesale management to expand retail business

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Highly experienced in marketing strategy/plan building
• Hands-on business project management skills
• Business level English and Japanese skills in speaking and writing
• Background in consumer brand marketing preferably cosmetics, health care and/or consumer goods (at least 10 years)
• Has experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans
• Has covered various media channel marketing including string digital understanding
• At least 5 years in managing marketing teams
• Budget and KPI control.
