We are looking for a Commercial Director / General Manager.

This is a great position for a results-driven leader with excellent communication skills. As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for business development, sales operations, marketing activities, and team management. You will need demonstrated experience of leading a team and getting results.  As you will work on a range of activities, good communication is essential. Excellent written and oral Japanese language skills are necessary. Business level English is also needed.

Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese
• Business level English
• Any French language skill is a plus
• 10 years’ experience in brand sales with 5 years in a management role
• Experience of leading and motivating a team
• Dynamic, hands-on, with solid problem-solving abilities
• Creative, proactive and adaptable
• Strategic-minded and very practical for working in a small team
• Detail-driven in operations management
• Understanding of the Luxury sector
• Experience in an international company is required
• Experience with Japanese department stores is an advantage
• Bi-national Japan-French is a plus
• Fluent in Japanese, spoken and written (essential).
