A global luxury fashion brand is now looking for a talented Client Services Manager. This role will cover both the retail customers and the growing e-commerce customer base.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership of the client facing strategy, overseeing the streamlining of policies and processes in order to enhance the brands' customer service initiatives.
  • Collaboration with global counterparts to devise strategies and provide regular feedback on local customer service results.
  • Lead training and coaching projects.
  • Develop and enhance the phone sales business to help meet annual targets.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

  • Established experience in customer service in the retail/fashion space.
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer demographics.
  • People management and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of both retail and e-commerce environments.
  • Fluent Japanese and Business English required.
