Specialized Group is currently looking for a C&B Manager. Our client is a top international construction and manufacturing company.

We need a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager. 

You should have solid experience working in compensation and benefits as well as knowledge of general Human Resources operations. You will lead internal compliance and develop a fair and motivating comp and benefits program for our employees. You will also be managing our payroll workflow, with the aim of looking for where improvements can be made. Knowledge of the high-performance manufacturing companies is a big advantage.

Communication and knowledge are key to this role. You will need native level Japanese, with business level English language skills.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese
• Business level English (both written and spoken)
• C&B CoE work experience (good level of understanding of rewards schemes)
• Practical knowledge of payroll, social insurance, and other HR administration
• Practical knowledge of Japanese labor laws
• Leadership and project management skills
• Collaborative team worker yet assertive enough when necessary
• Excellent people management skills
• Solid IT knowledge
