The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
5 years+ in C&B related field in Japan (not only payroll)
Strong analytical skills
Any experience with any of the following: Designing benefits systems, Labor law, compensation review, performance management, budgets, salary grading, incentive plans, retirement benefits or salary surveying.
