Your Responsibilities

• HR planning and benefit implementation plans
• Pair with HRBPs and leaders for performance management
• Design benefit programs for staff, management
• Consulting with business partners on compensation, promotions, and reclassifications.
• Analyzing the market to keep the firm C&B packages competitive.
• Critical role to ensure the success of executing the priorities of compensation & benefits group.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• 5 years+ in C&B related field in Japan (not only payroll)
• Strong analytical skills
• Project Management
• Any experience with any of the following: Designing benefits systems, Labor law, compensation review, performance management, budgets, salary grading, incentive plans, retirement benefits or salary surveying.
