The Sales Dev. Representative provide support to Account Executives through outbound qualification of leads. This position places outbound calls as well as inbound calls and emails from customers and prospects.
- Outbound calls to qualify the company services through follow-up and cold calling
- Schedule appointments with prospects
- Conduct pre and post-event telephone calls
- Achieve quota of number of leads and conversion to an opportunity
- Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory, daily plans to maximize and leverage phone time
- Ability to support multiple accounts and work independently
- Ability to call at all levels and determine decision maker within an organization
The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
- 2+ years of overall sales experience
- Proven success in fast-paced companies
- Record of sustained and significant quota achievement
- Strong command of Japanese and English
