Your Responsibilities

As an Asset Manager, you will build relationships with Facility Managers, Banks, and Financial Advisors. On a day-to-day basis, you will actively deliver a broad set of separately managed account investment solutions across various platforms, ensure accurate model implementation, and minimize performance problems for a growing client population.

• Cash management (during the construction period) based on the approved investment plan,
• Selecting facility operators, for example, the property manager
• Reporting the progress of construction and pre-leasing.
• Create budgets, business plans, value up plans, manage operator control, cash management, cash flow analysis.
• Instruction and approval to trust banks and property managers.
• Create asset management reports

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Fluent-level Japanese language skills.
• Business-level English language skills.
• 5+ years of relevant asset management experience.
• Experience in real estate management in Japan.
