Roles and Responsibilities: 

The Senior Data Manager will be responsible for the Data infrastructure focused around KDB, supporting the Equity team in the roll-outs and enhancement of Quants/TCA, M-Platform, Algo Improvements, OMS Roll-out, AI and In-Sourcing of KDB.  

- Team leadership including hands-on design and development and test automation.  

- Take ownership of the technical roadmap.

- Requirements specification, working with primarily with the Quants team and other development teams. 

- Second Level support of the production environment and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Business-level English. Japanese highly desired but not an absolute requirement.
• Experience in real-time market data, reference data, big data etc.
• 5+ years of experience in systems development on Java/C++ and Linux in a distributed environment.
• Experience with Scripting tools.
• Experience with KDB/Q a significant plus.
• Experienced in Agile Development Methodologies.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
