内部チームの一員としてインターネット上のアプリケーションに対するテクニカルサポートの提供をします。アプリケーションのモニタリング、メンテナンス、サポートの広い知識が必要です。

高いコミュニケーション能力と流暢な日本語力が必須です。ビジネスレベルの英語力を有していることが望ましいです。

スキル・資格

• Fluent level Japanese
• Business level English
• 6 years’ experience in IT development and support experience (Large financial institution preferred).
• 3 years’ experience with systems analysis.
• Experience working in the insurance or financial sector desirable.
• Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and processes and their linkages to other processes in the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with data integration between systems (ETL).
• Experience with testing of web-based applications.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux servers operating systems and command language including ability to write shell scripts.
