Our client, a renowned international luxury skincare brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager for their Hotel Spa & Salon Division in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of high-impact partnerships with top-tier hotel spas and salons, shaping the brand's growth in the region. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop partnerships with hotel spa and salon chains
- Drive performance of existing hotel spa and salon partners
- Lead negotiations and onboarding of new partners
- Develop tailored plans to increase treatment revenue and product sales
- Collaborate with partners to enhance guest experience and treatment quality
- Ensure brand positioning as a leading luxury skincare brand
- Support product launches and brand activations

Qualifications:

- 8–10+ years in luxury beauty, spa, or hospitality roles
- Strong experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or key account management
- Fluent Japanese speaker with working permit in Japan
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with luxury skincare or perfume brands is preferred but not mandatory

応募資格：

ラグジュアリービューティー、スパ、またはホスピタリティー業界での8〜10年以上の経験
B2B営業、パートナーシップ、またはキーパーソンアカウント管理の豊富な経験
日本語に堪能で、日本での就労許可を有する方
優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
ラグジュアリースキンケアまたは香水ブランドでの経験があれば尚可
