Job description

• Prepare and conduct the training session for all retail staffs with focus on: History, Value, Selling skill, Product
• Be the role model and brand ambassador of communication and grooming by implementing global retail standard training
• Visit the stores periodically and analyze performance and coach the staff to maintain the best performance as needed
• Create the action plan and follow up for the result of mystery shopping
• Align and communicate with HQ about new training plan and local needs
• Communicate with the stakeholders proactively and drive the project
• Analyze and judge appropriately

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and skills of sales
• PC skills (mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and Native level of Japanese
• Customer-oriented mind
• Team player
• Agility and flexibility
• Good communication skills
