• Lead architecture and technical decision-making for web applications and core platform initiatives
• Drive new feature development, system improvements, and long-term technical upgrades
• Improve scalability, performance, and engineering productivity
• Tackle technical debt and help optimize architecture for future growth
• Support teams through technical reviews, design guidance, and hands-on collaboration
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver value at speed and quality

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating web applications
• Backend development experience with statically typed languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, TypeScript, or C#
• Experience across the full development lifecycle from requirements to production
• Experience with RDB design, operations, and performance tuning
• Business-level Japanese
