Key Responsibilities:

- Translate HR data into actionable insights for leadership

- Manage key People & Culture projects as PMO

- Build data literacy within HR through training and coaching

- Recommend automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency

- Advise HRBPs and business leaders on People topics

- Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams and business strategies

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both English and Japanese

- 3-5 years experience in HR analytics or HR transformation

- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or SAC

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Analytics

- Experience with HR data systems and tools

- Strong project management skills

- Experience in multinational or matrix environments is preferred but not mandatory

英語と日本語に堪能
