Our client, a global business and technology transformation partner, is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Central Tokyo. This role offers the unique opportunity to independently grow the team from 22 to 50 members, directly impacting the business's bottom line while enjoying the stability of a large organization. The position provides agency and freedom, with the added benefit of working in a diverse and responsible group with a strong heritage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Japan office
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs
  • Build strong talent pipelines using diverse sourcing methods
  • Design market-relevant hiring strategies for local talent
  • Represent company externally to strengthen employer brand


Requirements:

  • 5+ years recruitment experience in fast-paced organizations
  • Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
  • Experience in consulting or digital industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in employer branding activities is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong project management skills
