The company has grown to more than 200 employees, including around 120 engineers, and already operates nine AI products used by approximately 200 enterprise clients. You will join a highly international engineering team, working with specialists from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
Its platform enables AI agents to execute critical business workflows autonomously, making reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency core engineering priorities.
What you will do
• Design and operate backend services for a production AI platform
• Build and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure on GCP
• Improve inference latency, infrastructure cost, and autoscaling
• Develop observability platforms using tracing, logs, and metrics
• Define and operate SLI/SLO frameworks and incident response processes
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and internal developer experience
• Build secure multi-tenant access and governance systems
Ideal background
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python
• Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Kubernetes and container orchestration experience
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems
• Fluent Japanese or business-level English
Compensation: Up to ¥16M
Location: Tokyo
Working style: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
