Join a fast-growing fintech company building the next generation of digital banking services in Japan. In partnership with one of Japan’s largest financial institutions, the company is creating an innovative digital bank focused on supporting small and medium-sized businesses through embedded financial products. By combining SaaS and Fintech technologies, the team aims to deliver smarter, more accessible financial experiences and transform traditional back-office operations.

As a Senior SDET, you will play a critical role in improving the quality and reliability of a brand-new digital banking platform. You will lead testing strategy improvements, enhance API testing frameworks, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineers, product teams, and international development teams. This role provides an opportunity to define modern QA practices, introduce automation-driven quality improvements, and establish engineering standards for a high-impact financial product.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software development experience with strong knowledge of software testing and quality engineering practices.
  • Experience leading development or QA teams and creating test plans, strategies, and quality processes.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as RestAssured, Karate, or similar code-based testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and improving software testability.
  • Business-level English communication skills; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
