Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our client's global team and play an instrumental role in the ongoing development of their ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will collaborate with technology teams across multiple regions, providing technical support and expertise to ensure the effective utilization of ServiceNow for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance user experience for stakeholders from a technical standpoint
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to optimize ServiceNow utilization
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology teams worldwide
• Serve as a ServiceNow technical expert with in-depth knowledge of the platform
• Identify new stakeholder demands through agile framework analysis
• Prioritize deliverables in alignment with product strategy
• Maintain a well-defined backlog for accurate effort estimation
• Conduct demonstrations and reviews with assigned stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities to improve product utilization
• Drive better product adoption among stakeholders

Requirements:

• Currently residing in Japan
• 2+ years of experience as an architect in a financial institution or IT firm
• Strong communication skills for leading meetings with business and technical teams
• Bilingual in Japanese (native) and English (fluent)
• Comprehensive ServiceNow product knowledge (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, Knowledge Management, DevOps)
