Job Description
A global manufacturer specializing in industrial equipment and environmental control solutions is seeking a Service Sales professional to support maintenance and after-sales activities for industrial dehumidification systems in the Tokyo area. This role involves working closely with customers across various industries to provide maintenance proposals, technical support coordination, and equipment-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Propose maintenance and service plans for installed industrial dehumidification equipment
Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment issues and quotation requests
Prepare quotations and service-related documentation using Excel
Coordinate maintenance schedules, parts arrangements, and service activities
Conduct site visits and basic equipment inspections at customer locations
Introduce energy-saving solutions and temporary equipment options when appropriate
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand operational needs
Review electrical and mechanical drawings to identify applicable components
Support sales activities related to replacement parts and maintenance services
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or related technical products
Experience related to equipment maintenance or after-sales support
Degree or technical background in engineering or a related discipline preferred
Valid driver’s license
Basic English communication skills
Experience using Excel for quotations and reporting
Ability to coordinate schedules and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of industrial equipment or HVAC-related products is an advantage
