The company is developing an intelligent Robotics OS that combines real-time digital twins, computer vision, motion planning, and control algorithms to enable robots to operate autonomously in warehouses and factories. Their technology is already being used in real-world production environments across global markets.
You’ll design and build the software infrastructure and simulation environments used to validate complete robotic systems before they are deployed in production.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement Python-based test automation frameworks
- Build end-to-end test scenarios simulating real customer deployments
- Develop simulation components for robots, sensors, conveyors, and warehouse systems
- Validate interactions between robotics, vision, motion, and other industrial equipment
- Analyze system telemetry to identify behavioral issues and performance regressions
- Debug complex system-level failures with cross-functional engineering teams
- Improve testing methodologies and infrastructure across the engineering organization
- Mentor engineers and contribute to software quality practices
- Strong software engineering experience beyond writing test scripts
- High proficiency in Python
- Experience designing test automation frameworks and test cases
- Advanced Linux development experience
- Experience with robotics, simulation, distributed systems, or complex software systems
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience with ROS / ROS2, OpenRAVE, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or similar
- Experience with robotic simulation environments
- Pytest and large-scale automated testing
- Distributed systems / IPC / ZeroMQ
- C++ or TypeScript
- 3D programming or rendering pipelines
- Business-level Japanese
- Work directly on real-world robotics deployed in warehouses and factories
- Build the infrastructure that validates complex robotic systems, rather than performing repetitive manual testing
- Work at the intersection of software, robotics, simulation, hardware, and physics
- Contribute to an internationally deployed Robotics OS
- English-speaking environment with global engineering teams
