- Identify key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Create proposals for accommodation and banquet services
- Negotiate rates and terms with corporate clients
- Execute contracts and manage renewals
- Acquire new business proactively
- Leverage hotel's heritage-driven concept in sales pitches
- Utilize CRM software for managing client relationships
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience with international corporate accounts
- Knowledge of Osaka's business market
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills
