Key Responsibilities:

- - Ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Qualifications:
- - Significant experience hiring for software, cloud, data, AI/ML roles
- - Experience developing talent acquisition strategies for direct hiring model
- - Proficient in ATS, recruitment tech, and Microsoft Office
- - Deep understanding of tech and hiring market trends
- - Proficient in advanced-level English, both written and spoken
- - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred but not mandatory
