Senior IT Project Manager

A US headquartered e-commerce company, is investing generously on its internal IT team in Japan which is their largest and most profitable market.

They are currently looking for 2 senior IT PMs offering competitive salary and flexible working style.

Your essential responsibilities:

· Extensive project & program management skills leveraging AGILE including developing and managing schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks, communications, and quality / testing plans

· Consistent track record of success driving complex projects and programs form inception to delivery in a software development space

· Outstanding problem solver who builds consensus and drives key decisions

· Monitor delivery of projects and escalate issues when necessary

· Provide status reporting on project key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery

· Identify problems, impediments, dependencies, and other team dysfunctions, and then facilitate quick resolution

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience with Waterfall/Agile project management

· 7+ years IT project management experience preferably in a e-commerce business

· Tech background is preferred

· Professional certification (PMP, CSM)
