Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide HR support across multiple sites or regions

- - Lead HR projects with manageable risks and resources
- - Communicate effectively with global stakeholders
- - Serve as a resource for less experienced HR colleagues
Qualifications:
- - 5+ years HR experience in multinational company
- - Fluency in Japanese and English
- - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- - Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- - Experience leading HR projects with manageable risks
- - Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred but not mandatory
