I’m hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise AI companies.

Founded in 2023, the company already works with 80+ enterprise clients across financial services, pharma, manufacturing, and other highly regulated industries, and is now expanding internationally.

You’ll be the technical counterpart to client CTOs and engineering teams, owning AI Agent projects from architecture → integration → production.

Think
  • Production AI Agents & multi-agent systems
  • MCP and enterprise system integrations
  • Claude / OpenAI / Agent SDKs
  • RBAC, audit logs, security & governance
  • AWS / Azure / Kubernetes
  • Evaluation, guardrails & observability
  • PoC → production architecture
